Why Health House Consulting?

I focus on making psychometrics useful rather than abstract. I translate complex profiles and results into clear, practical language and concrete next steps, so individuals and organisations know exactly what to do with the insights they receive. Every assessment is framed around real-world decisions and outcomes—such as hiring, development, team functioning, or leadership effectiveness—so that the data naturally leads to action, not confusion or overwhelm.

My aim is for psychometrics to feel simple, practical and translatable: you understand what the results mean, why they matter, and how they can be converted into tangible benefits such as better role fit, more cohesive teams, reduced conflict, and improved performance.
